Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives for the US process.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve team targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Conduct training and development sessions to enhance team skills.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to analyze data and generate sales reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Understanding of the US market and customer behavior is a plus.
