We are building our North America growth engine and are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative who wants to be part of that journey.

The Role

This is not a traditional activity-driven SDR role.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to find the signal behind an account—someone who can research a company, understand what matters to the business, identify who owns the problem, develop a point of view, and turn that insight into a meaningful conversation.

You will work closely with Syren’s Sales leadership, Marketing,



and Technical Teams to prospect into strategic enterprise accounts and create new pipeline.

You’ll have the chance to help shape how Syren approaches enterprise outbound, not simply execute a predefined calling script.

What You’ll Own

Build and execute account-based outbound campaigns across a targeted North American account universe.
Research companies, industries, earnings calls, business initiatives, and other buying signals to identify relevant opportunities.
Identify and engage line-of-business stakeholders across functions such as Supply Chain, Commercial, Revenue Growth, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Analytics and Customer Experience.
Develop personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn, prioritizing relevance and business context over volume.
Create account and persona-specific messaging around business problems that Syren can solve with Data, AI and Databricks-native solutions.
