Role Description:
As the FP&A; Manager at Amgen India, you will lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis for the India site, serving as a strategic business partner to leadership teams. This role goes beyond budgeting and reporting and requires the ability to generate actionable insights, influence decisions, and drive financial performance.
You will partner with Finance Head, FP&A; Lead for India and Broader Finance team of finance professionals responsible for planning, forecasting, and performance management,
while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders and global finance teams. The role demands strong analytical rigor, business acumen, and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights that support Amgen India's growth and operational priorities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Own and lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes for the Amgen India site
- Drive timely, accurate, and high-quality financial plans in coordination with global and local stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of financial plans with business strategy and operational priorities
- Continuously improve planning processes, tools, and assumptions
- Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders, providing actionable financial insights
- Support strategic and operational decision-making through scenario analysis and financial modeling
- Challenge assumptions and proactively identify risks and opportun
