Job Description Power BI Developer (35 Years) C3

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with 35 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Power BI and SQL, with exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and PySpark. The role involves designing scalable reporting solutions, building semantic models, developing data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.

Primary Skills
- Power BI
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports.
- Develop robust semantic models using dimensional modelling and star schema principles.
- Create complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and Power Query (M) transformations.
- Optimize report performance and implement Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Publish, manage, and troubleshoot reports in Power BI Service, including workspaces, apps, gateways, and scheduled refresh.
- SQL
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in writing complex queries,



stored procedures, views, CTEs, and window functions.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and query optimization.
- Good understanding of relational databases and data modelling concepts.

Secondary Skills
- Microsoft Fabric
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric components such as Lakehouse, Data Factory, OneLake, Data Warehouse, and Semantic Models.
- Basic understanding of data ingestion, transformation, and reporting within the Fabric ecosystem.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and workspace management is an advantage.
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Experience building and monitoring ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Knowledge of linked services, datasets, triggers, and data movement across multiple sources.
- PySpark
- Working knowledge of PySpark for data transformation and processing.
- Experience with DataFrames, ETL development, and handling structured data.
