The Head of Architecture Planning will lead the overall architectural vision master planning design development and execution of construction projects for the organization The role requires a strong blend of architectural expertise project management leadership and strategic planning to ensure innovative yet functional designs aligned with business objectives sustainability standards and regulatory requirements Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Leadership Planning Define and lead the architectural vision design principles and planning strategy for all current and ongoing projects Develop master plans zoning studies and site layout concepts for large-scale properties Review and approve architectural drawings layouts space planning and presentations Project Development Execution Oversee all phases of design from conceptualization to construction documentation and execution Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including planners designers engineers contractors and consultants Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising design quality and functionality Regulatory Compliance Ensure project plans comply with local state and national building codes environmental regulations and permitting requirements Coordinate with regulatory authorities planning commissions and relevant government agencies for project approvals Sustainability Quality Standards Integrate sustainability green building practices energy efficiency and innovative materials into architectural designs Ensure consistent application of corporate design standards and quality control procedures across all projects Vendor Stakeholder Management Identify evaluate and onboard architectural firms consultants landscape designers and PMC partners when required Review proposals negotiate contracts and monitor performance of external partners Budgeting Timeline Management Prepare project budgets timelines and resource plans for architectural scope of work Monitor costs design chan
