Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales lead to lead the Communication, Media, and Information Services (CMI) industry verticals. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in consulting sales, pre-sales, and solutioning within Telecom, Media, and Technology sectors, and a deep understanding of the CMI industry. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Telecom and Media products, solutions, and services, as well as software engineering and platforms, with a proven record of success in consulting sales and engagement.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in consulting sales, pre-sales, and solutioning for Telecom, Communication, Media, Information Services, Software Engineering, Industrial IoT, and related platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to position solutions, shape large deals, cross-sell and up-sell to both new and existing clients,



consistently generate and convert pipeline opportunities, and provide thought leadership in the sector.
- Experience engaging with CXO and Director-level executives across IT and business functions within client organizations.
- Strong understanding of engineering services for telecom and media service providers, including GIS and network engineering, hi-tech and CPE product engineering, testing, IIoT, and software engineering.
- Proven track record of working within a matrix organization and managing onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Experience collaborating with technology and hyperscaler partners to create integrated solutions tailored to customer needs.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
- Approximately 15 years of relevant skilled experience, including at least 5 years in direct consulting sales, engagement, or pre-sales roles
