We are looking for a proactive and techno-functional Manager - Client Reporting Solutions to balance Business-as-Usual (BAU) delivery with end-to-end business, change and delivery process optimization. Working across business, operations, and technology teams, you will identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and transform processes by leveraging data, AI, automation, and process reengineering.
The ideal candidate combines an agile mindset with strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into practical solutions. You will lead change initiatives from solution design through implementation and UAT while strengthening governance, reporting, risk management, and operational capability to deliver sustainable business outcomes and continuous improvement.
