Job Summary Timely production of daily P L reporting for hedging solutions The main products controlled are Rates Bonds SWAP FX Products Government Bonds T-Bills Fixed Deposits Certificates of Deposits Debt Issuance and associated hedges interest rate hedges IRS CCS FX Swaps Execute processes to ensure adherence to IAS39 IFRS To aid with hedge effectiveness testing and related substantiation and queries Execution of daily monthly controls around P L and Balance Sheet Review of Daily Month end reconciliations between the various TP systems and the General Ledger Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual disclosures with necessary commentaries Liaising with different stakeholders like desk middle office IT operation external audit and respective financial controller to timely resolution of the issues Support change project initiatives and conduct User Acceptance Testing for enhancements to current systems or migration to recent system Key Responsibilities Strategy Ensure Awareness and understanding of the Group s business strategy and model appropriate to the role Business Awareness and understanding of the wider business economic and market environment in which the Group operates Processes Ensure processes for which the person is responsible is executed as required People Talent Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks Employ engage and retain high quality people with succession planning for critical roles Responsibility to review team structure capacity plans Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives Regulatory Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by th
