The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all construction activities on-site ensuring compliance with safety regulations quality standards and project specifications This role requires robust leadership skills effective communication and a deep understanding of civil construction processes Key Responsibilities 1 Site Management - Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets - Manage a team of laborers and subcontractors providing direction and guidance 2 Project Planning and Execution - Collaborate with project managers to develop effective project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones - Review project plans and specifications to ensure understanding and compliance among all personnel on-site 3 Quality Assurance - Monitor construction quality and ensure that work complies with engineering standards and safety regulations - Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work completed on-site 4 Safety Management - Enforce safety protocols and regulations conducting safety meetings and training for all site personnel - Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards to maintain a safe working environment 5 Communication and Reporting - Serve as a liaison between the site team project manager and stakeholders providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns - Maintain accurate records of daily activities including labor hours materials used and site conditions 6 Problem Solving - Address on-site issues and challenges promptly developing solutions to prevent project delays - Escalate significant issues to the project manager as needed 7 Documentation and Compliance - Ensure all construction activities comply with legal and contractual obligations - Assist in preparing and managing project documentation including progress reports incident reports and other regulatory paperwork Job Type Full-time Pay 8 462 65 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance
