What You Will Be Doing
- Setting up machine to start production.

(ઉત્પાદન શરૂ કરવા માટેમશીન સયુ ોજિત કરવ)
- Feeding raw material & parts to automated machine.

(સ્વય ુંચાલિત મશીન પર કાચી સામગ્રી અને પાટટસ િોડવા)
- Control and adjust machine settings as per production batch.

(પ્રોડકશન બેચ પ્રમાણે મશીનના સેટટિંગ્સ નનય ુંત્રણ કરવા અને ગોઠવવા)
- Inspect output with precision and measuring tools periodically and ensure no rejection.

(સમયાતું રે ચોકસાઇ અનેમાપન સાધનો સાથેઉત્પાદનનુું નનરીક્ષણ કરવુું અનેકોઈ પાટટ અસ્વીકારના થાય તેની ખાતરી કરો નહીં)
- Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.

(પ્રોડક્શન પ્રોસેનસિંગ માટેસાધનો સરુલક્ષત રીતેઅનેઅસરકારક રીતેચિાવો.)
- Filling up of Inspection report, route card and Production Report.

(નનરીક્ષણ અહવે ાિ, રૂટ કાડટ અનેઉત્પાદન અહવે ાિ ભરવા)
- Perform proper handing over of work before leaving machine on shift change.

(નશફ્ટ ફેરફાર પર મશીન છોડતા પહિે ાું કામ પર યોગ્ય સોંપણી કરવી)
- Maintain organized, clean and orderly work area.





(સ ુંગટઠત, સ્વચ્છ અનેવ્યવસ્સ્થત કામ નવસ્તાર જાળવો)
- Maintain Tooling records.

(ટલૂિિંગ રેકોર્ડટસ જાળવો)
- Troubleshoot problems during machine operation

(મશીન ઓપરેશન દરનમયાન સમસ્યાઓનુું મશ્ુકેિી નનવારણ કરવ)
- Cleaning of scrap and machine as well as filling of coolant.

(સ્રેપ અનેમશીનની સફાઈ તેમિ શીતક ભરવા)
- Handle material and tools.

(સામગ્રી અનેસાધનો નેનનય ુંનત્રત કરવા)
- Work under the guidance of supervisor to perform duties.

(ફરિ બજાવવા માટેસપુ રવાઇઝરના માગટદશટન હઠે ળ કામ કરવ)
- Inform unsafe operation, defective production to supervisor immediately.

(સપુ રવાઇઝરનેઅસરુલક્ષત ઓપરેશનન, તેમિ ખામીયક્ુત ઉત્પાદન માટેતરત િ જાણ કરવી)
- Follow all safety measures during operating machines.

(મશીન ઓપરેટટિંગ દરનમયાન તમામ સરુક્ષા પગિાઓનુું પાિન કરવ)
- Inform supervisor for any break down, maintenance and repairs

(કોઈપણ ભ ુંગાણ, જાળવણી અને સમારકામ માટે સપુરવાઇઝર નેિણાવો)
- To co-ordinate with co-workers regarding work

(કામ અંગે સહકમટચારી સાથે સ ુંકિન કરવ)
