Job Title PCP Executive Production Control Planning Location Bidadi Karnataka Experience 2 Years Automobile or Aerospace Industry Employment Type Full time About the Company our company is a leading manufacturer in the automobile aerospace sector committed to excellence innovation and efficiency We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PCP Executive to streamline our production control and planning operations at our Bidadi facility Key Responsibilities Production Planning Scheduling Develop maintain and optimize daily weekly monthly production plans Ensure production schedules align with customer demand delivery timelines and capacity Coordinate with production quality and maintenance teams to prevent delays Material Planning Coordination Coordinate with the purchase and stores teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials components and tools Monitor inventory levels and track shortages to minimize production downtime Ensure proper planning through MRP ERP systems Production Control Monitoring Track work orders WIP status and production progress to ensure adherence to schedules Identify bottlenecks delays or deviations and take corrective actions Monitor output cycle times and resource utilization Data Analysis Reporting Prepare daily weekly monthly reports on production status output material requirements and capacity utilization Analyze production performance and recommend process improvements Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with procurement logistics quality and manufacturing teams for smooth material and production flow Coordinate with the sales team on delivery commitments and forecast updates Process Improvement Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements in planning production flow and inventory management Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Skills Qualifications Education Diploma BE B Tech B Com MBA in Operations Industrial Engineering Mechanical or related fields Experience Minimum
