Logistics Coordinator II - Office with Flex - India ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization We re proud to foster an inclusive workplace driving innovation and excellence and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical development We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team In this role you will support the planning execution and monitoring of logistics activities for clinical trials ensuring timely and accurate shipment of study materials in compliance with applicable protocols and regulatory requirements What you will be doing Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments monitoring delivery timelines and resolving delays or issues with couriers Preparing Proforma and Commercial invoices and liaising with clients CROs or importers to meet shipment and invoice requirements Supporting protocol-specific logistics setup and ensuring investigators understand laboratory and shipment requirements Collecting and maintaining courier performance metrics obtaining quotes and identifying cost-effective shipping solutions Collaborating with Project Management and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with import export regulations Contributing to logistics projects and global initiatives to improve processes and optimize costs Performing additional logistics tasks as assigned to support the operational needs of the team Your profile Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in logistics supply chain or a related field preferred 3 years experience in logistics coordination ideally within clinical trials or a CRO environment Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic documentation Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirement
