Job Description
Key Responsibilities1. Core HR Operations & Central Governance
- Take complete ownership of central HR Operations across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
- Build, standardize, and maintain robust SOPs and HR policy frameworks to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
- Front-end key stakeholder queries and operational escalations with solid presentation and communication skills.
2. Payroll & Taxation Management
- End-to-end management and execution of payroll, statutory compliance, tax computation, and filing.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in salary processing, query resolution, audit management, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain strict internal controls, data privacy, and governance across all payroll operations.
3. Compensation, ESOPs & Analytics
- Perform compensation benchmarking using industry standards and market data to align internal salary structures.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the ESOP Administration System.
- Leverage Advanced Excel to build workforce dashboards, HR analytics reports, and actionable insights for business leadership.
4. HR Technology, Automation & AI Projects
- Drive end-to-end implementation and enhancement of HRMS platforms and workflow automation systems.
- Lead special technology projects in collaboration with leadership, including building the organizational Intranet ecosystem and evaluating AI applications for HR efficiency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and digitize manual workflows to build a scalable HR tech infrastructure.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Compensation, and HR Technology implementation.
