Role Description The Dean, School of Law, is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in the Pune Division, responsible for academic, administrative, and strategic management of the law school. The role involves overseeing curriculum design and review, ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance,



and promoting high-quality teaching, research, and student outcomes. The Dean will lead faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and ethically grounded academic culture. Daily responsibilities include supervising academic programs, managing budgets and resources, engaging with industry and skilled bodies, and supporting student development activities such as moot courts, internships, and legal aid initiatives. The Dean will also represent the School of Law within the university and externally, building partnerships that strengthen the school's reputation and impact.
Qualifications
- Advanced academic qualifications in Law (LL.M. required; Ph.D. in Law strongly preferred) and a strong record of teaching and research in legal education.
