Role Purpose
Drive the development of next-generation MV switchgear by integrating core switchgear engineering with digital technologies, AI, IoT, automation, and sustainability to create intelligent, connected, and future-ready power distribution solutions.
Technical Competencies
- Strong knowledge of MV switchgear, IEC standards, and type testing
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering materials/standards
- Familiarity with production, automation, and engineering simulations
- Knowledge of condition monitoring, digitalization, LPIT, IoT, sensors, and data analytics
- Exposure to sustainability, circular economy, RED, and EPD concepts
- Proficient in applying AI and digital tools in engineering workflows
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- 4–8 years of experience in MV switchgear R&D; and product development
