Position Overview

Job Title- User Experience Lead, VP

Location- Bangalore, India

Role Description

You will join as a User Experience (UX) Lead and support trading applications and platform used across the DWS Investment group. In this role, you will help shape a secure, reliable, and high-quality user experience across the platform, working closely with engineering, operations, and business teams in a regulated environment. You will ensure the applications are intuitive, consistent, accessible, and aligned with business outcomes, platform governance, and enterprise UX principles.

Your key responsibilities
- Define UX strategy for investment platforms, transaction systems, and data-heavy applications
- Align UX vision with business goals, regulatory constraints, and client needs
- Drive simplification of complex workflows
- Establish design best practices across teams and domains
- Create a strong UX culture within engineering-led product teams
- Own UX design across end-to-end journeys
- Partner closely with:
- Product owners (roadmap alignment)
- Engineering teams (APIs, microservices, Kafka, UI integration)
- Run workshops, discovery sessions, and design sprints
- Influence product requirements to incorporate UX early in the lifecycle
- Work within Agile/Scrum environments
- Support MVP-based delivery and continuous iteration
