Assist with the Management of MRS EPIROC India Contract with the capability to deliver a first class Service product To be recognized as one of the most effective and proactive when reviewed by the Mining and Construction industry as First in Mind First in Choice

Work collaboratively with other stakeholders responsible for Project Deliverables to ensure effective and efficient Contract Execution





Enforce EPIROC policies and guidelines as described in The Way We Do Things Ensure that all employees in your area of responsibility maintain a high ethical standard Supervise and manage a team of Service Technicians and Assistants Schedule and manage team leave sick leave and weekend work Conduct daily safety meetings incident briefs and team briefings Maintain team discipline motivation and a positive work culture Maintenance and Repairs Hands ON

Oversee all maintenance and repair activities at Epiroc machinery Ensure adherence to quality maintenance and repair procedures Record all work in logbooks and provide reports on breakdowns spares usage and maintenance activities Safety and Compliance

Enforce adherence to all safety protocols and mine standards Make work permit and ensure the team complies with PPE and safety policies Identify hazards report incidents and implement corrective measures Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with the customer s Pit Superintendent to report and manage machine damages Maintain
