To be successful in this role as an AVP- Analytics and Insights , you should possess the following skillsets:
- Good understanding of multiple disciplines relevant to the business (e.g. journeys/processes)
- Good understanding of applicable regulation and policies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Robust data manipulation skills – SQL/SAS with expertise in RCA and insights development
- Exposure to BIW2 platform can be an advantage
- Good commercial acumen with analytical mindset and skillset (e.g. Excel)
with experience of leveraging data/analysis to identify problems and support development of innovative solutions to improve business performance
- Strong communication skills with experience of providing accurate diagnostics and insight to support to more senior colleagues (e.g. VP) to help them negotiate with and influence senior stakeholders (Director/MD level)
