We are looking for an experienced
Workday Finance tester
with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting
Workday Financial Management
solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across
Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL)
along with Workday integrations using
EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors
.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for Workday Finance applications.
- Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate Workday Financial modules including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Test inbound and outbound integrations using:
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Workday Studio
- Core Connectors
- Validate financial transactions, accounting entries, business processes, and security roles.
- Execute end-to-end integration testing between Workday and external financial systems.




- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
- Prepare test plans, test reports, and defect documentation using test management tools.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders during project delivery.
- Support production validation and post-deployment testing activities.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of QA/Testing experience with Workday Finance.
- Strong testing experience in:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workday EIB
- Workday Studio
- Core Connectors
- Experience in Integration Testing and End-to-End testing.
- Valuable understanding of Workday Business Processes and Security.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting
