Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple US corporate tax (Form 1120 )/Partnership Taxation (Form 1065) engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality client service.
- Serve as the primary engagement manager with responsibility for project delivery, client relationships, billing, realization, and collections.
- Review and oversee the preparation of US corporate and partnership tax returns, including federal, state, local, and international tax filings, estimated payments, and extensions.
- Interpret and apply US tax laws to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve complex tax issues for engagement teams.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs and identifying tax advisory opportunities.
- Mentor, coach, and develop managers, senior associates, and staff through training and performance management.
- Leverage technology and best practices to improve engagement efficiency and service quality.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, client expansion, and networking opportunities.
Preferred Expertise
- Robust experience in
US Corporate or Partnership Taxation

- Experience in

Real Estate
domains is highly preferred.
- Exposure to multi-state and international tax engagements will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- CPA (US)
certification preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in
US Taxation

- Prior experience in a public accounting or consulting environment is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience leading, supervising, and mentoring teams.
