Job Title HDD Machine Maintenance Manager Skill Set Required

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic systems and diesel engines in HDD rigs.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic faults, pump and valve issues, hose failures, and diesel engine problems in HDD machines.
- Manage breakdown maintenance of hydraulic circuits and diesel engines to minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for hydraulic components, pumps, motors, filters, and diesel engine spare parts.
- Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and engine/hydraulic system history of HDD machines.
- Supervise technicians and mechanics during hydraulic and diesel engine maintenance activities at project sites.
- Ensure availability and inventory control of critical hydraulic and diesel engine spare parts.
- Monitor hydraulic system pressure, performance, and engine efficiency, recommending repairs or overhauls when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs during hydraulic and engine servicing.
- Prepare maintenance reports, hydraulic fault analysis, and machine downtime reports.
