Responsibility
- Administer and execute human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and performance management.,Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling, and arranging as the point of contact for the Chennai office.,Investigate complaints brought forward by employees and resolve issues effectively.,Manage HR program rollouts and other HR-related activities for BFSI while working closely with the BFSI's HR Team.,Work under the HR section head and contribute to HR initiatives for BFSI.,Provide oversight for HR-related activities as assigned.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Qualification
- MBA in HR or relevant qualifications.
