We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) to drive OEM sales of hardware and furniture fittings to furniture and sofa manufacturers within an assigned territory. The role involves identifying and developing OEM accounts, building relationships with manufacturing units and their procurement/design teams, and ensuring consistent volume growth through direct institutional selling. The ideal candidate combines strong technical product knowledge, B2B negotiation skills, and a proven record of engaging with furniture/sofa manufacturers, fabricators, and OEM buyers.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
1 FROM 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/OEM sales, preferably in hardware fittings, furniture components, or the furniture/sofa manufacturing industry.

Working knowledge of furniture/sofa manufacturing processes and the OEM buyer ecosystem within the assigned territory.
Key Skills

1.Solid understanding of OEM sales cycles, technical specifications, pricing, and supply chain fundamentals.
2.Proven track record of building and managing relationships with furniture/sofa manufacturers and OEM accounts, with consistent delivery of sales targets.
3. Good negotiation and commercial acumen for engaging procurement teams, production heads, and manufacturing unit owners.
4.Familiarity with furniture/sofa fittings product categories, application, and prevailing industry trends.
5. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for factory/unit visits and account development.
Key Responsibilities
1.Develop and execute the territory sales plan to grow OEM business across furniture and sofa manufacturing units.
2.Identify and onboard new OEM accounts among furniture/sofa
