We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager, with an expertise in CNC Programming and manage machining operations, ensure effective production and support the development of new components. The role requires solid technical knowledge along with effective shop-floor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle overall production with CNC programming and ensure production targets, quality and delivery requirements are met.
- New Part Development (NPD) and machining process planning
- Manage operators and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance.
- Drive reduction in rejection, rework and downtime.

- CNC programming
- Engineering drawing and tolerance understanding
- Tool selection knowledge
- Problem-solving and team-management skills
Preferred: Experience in mass production precision machining / automotive small components, especially CNC turning or sliding-head machining.
