Role Purpose

The Associate Digital Marketing will support LifeCraft4Us digital growth across social media, performance marketing, content creation, SEO and digital campaigns. The role requires a hands-on marketer who can combine creative thinking with data-driven execution from developing content ideas and managing social media to running campaigns, analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for organic growth. Exposure to offline events, activations, workshops and experiential marketing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing




- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Support development and execution of monthly social media calendars.
- Identify relevant trends, formats and opportunities for LifeCraft4U.
- Track reach, engagement, followers and other key social media metrics.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for timely delivery of social assets.
- Develop ideas for reels, carousels, stories, campaigns and community-led content.

Performance Marketing
- Support planning, execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns.
- Assist with campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign metrics including reach, CTR, CPL, conversions and ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend optimisation opportunities.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop performance-oriented ad creatives and messaging.
