We are seeking a highly experienced
Principal Architect / Technical Architect
to define and drive the technical vision for a scalable, secure, and high-performance Patient Access Platform. This is a senior technical leadership role for an architect with deep expertise in
Java, Spring Boot, distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise SaaS platforms
.

The role will focus on building contemporary, resilient technology solutions that can support complex healthcare workflows and large-scale enterprise requirements. You will provide architectural direction while working closely with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and long-term technology roadmap for the platform
- Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud-native multi-tenant SaaS architectures




- Lead platform modernization, scalability, performance optimization, and reliability initiatives
- Establish architecture standards, engineering principles, development practices, and technical governance
- Drive adoption of microservices, event-driven architecture, API-first design, and cloud-native technologies
- Design and review distributed systems capable of supporting high-volume enterprise workloads
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making
- Mentor architects, technical leads, senior engineers, and engineering teams
- Promote automation, observability, continuous delivery, and engineering excellence
- Guide teams in improving application performance, availability, scalability, and security
