Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, maintain, and verify company data and records. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, updating operational records, preparing reports, and supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into the company's software, ERP, Excel sheets, and other databases.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records, documents, invoices, shipment details, and operational data.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before updating records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the management.
- Update shipment, booking, delivery, customer, vehicle, and consignment-related information in the system.




- Maintain proper records of inward and outward shipments and other operational transactions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Accounts, Sales, and other departments for data and documentation requirements.
- Check source documents and identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and other management reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and customer information.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry and documentation work.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain proper filing and documentation procedures.
- Perform other administrative and data-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
