Google's Consumer Hardware Silicon division focuses on building chips optimized for Google-branded consumer devices. Our product areas include imaging, machine learning, video, and security. We aim to build a team whose talent aligns with Google's culture of innovation and enjoyment.

As a Silicon Engineer, you will be involved in designing, developing, and deploying consumer hardware. Working within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team,



you will leverage your creativity and diverse engineering experience to explore solutions for various engineering problems. Additionally, you will participate in the design, analysis, and prototyping of new concepts. You will also operate within a manufacturing and product-oriented development environment, collaborating with vendors and external sources to guide parts through to manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SoC teams to develop power and performance-optimized chips.
- Contribute to the design, verification, and silicon implementation of ASICs and SoCs.
- Work on design concepts involving CPUs, image processing, machine learning, computer vision, security, and video.
- Partner with teams to automate SoC design flows.
