Pitchbrands is a growing marketing agency helping businesses scale through branding, social media, performance marketing, and creative content. We're looking for a proactive and confident Sales & Business Development Intern who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and contributing to the agency's growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through online research and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct cold calls to business owners and decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings for the founders with potential clients.
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Maintain and update the CRM with lead information and follow-up status.
- Follow up with warm and existing leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations.
- Visit businesses in person when required for meetings, networking, or lead generation.
- Represent Pitchbrands professionally during field visits and networking opportunities.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach and meeting targets.
- Share market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback with the team.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Comfortable making 50–100 outbound calls per day.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field visits when required.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Positive organizational and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage.
