Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the clinic reception and serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
- Welcome patients and guests in a warm, skilled, and courteous manner
- Handle patient inquiries through in-person interactions, phone calls, and other communication channels
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments




- Maintain accurate patient and appointment records
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Provide patients with relevant information regarding appointments, procedures, and clinic services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Handle basic administrative and front-office responsibilities
- Assist with billing, payment coordination, receipts, and other front-desk transactions when required
- Follow clinic policies and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required
- Maintain daily appointment schedules and ensure timely coordination with the clinical team
- Support overall clinic operations and contribute to a positive patient experience
