Key responsibilities in your new role
- 12+ years’ experience in ATE Testing of power products ( Power stages, Power modules, Point of Loads, Power sequencer, etc.)
- Strong Analog/Mixed/Power products test knowledge
- Experience in defining test strategy for new products
- Ensure DFT/DFM standards for new products
- New products Test development experience from Design to release Production
- Proven records with Test cost reduction techniques
- Strong leader with Technical back ground
- Experience in ATE Char/Qual Programs development
- Well experienced in Test Hardware/Software qualification and release process
- Good Work Experience in ETS800 tester platform.
- Familiar in Programming languages ( C, C++ , Java, Python, etc.)
