Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our SaaS products.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through marketing, outbound outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation and deal closure.
- Create and optimize marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, email, and other digital channels.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to align product features with market needs.
- Analyze sales and marketing performance using KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Build sales funnels, automate lead nurturing, and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly sales and marketing reports.
- Stay updated with SaaS trends, competitor activities, and emerging AI marketing tools.
- This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Surat, Gujarat,



requiring close collaboration with our product and leadership teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented qualified with 3 - 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, B2B business development, digital marketing, growth marketing.

The ideal candidate should have experience creating and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, generating qualified leads, managing the complete sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets. Experience selling SaaS products, software solutions, or technology services will be highly preferred.

Candidates should have a good understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, CRM platforms, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, SEO, paid advertising, and marketing automation. Knowledge of AI-powered sales and marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, HubSpot AI, Apollo.io, Clay, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
