Key Responsibilities:
- Manage
end-to-end Accounts Receivable
, including
invoicing, payment tracking, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation
.
- Prepare and verify customer invoices, pricing, shipping charges, credit notes, and revised invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor
AR Aging, outstanding receivables, payment due dates, credit limits, and customer payment trends
.
- Drive
collections
through email and phone follow-ups; send payment reminders, negotiate approved payment plans, and escalate delinquent accounts.
- Record and apply customer payments; resolve
unapplied cash, short/overpayments
, refunds, and reconciliation issues.
- Handle
customer account queries, billing disputes, deductions, and remittance advice
, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics teams.
- Support
credit control
,



including creditworthiness reviews, credit limit monitoring, credit holds, and account releases.
- Prepare
AR Aging, collection status, cash-flow forecasts, and management reports
; analyze overdue balances and collection trends.
- Support
month-end/year-end closing, AR ledger reconciliation, audits, compliance, and documentation
.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to
accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
.
