Job Summary
The Microsoft Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules using Microsoft Project. This role supports project managers and stakeholders by ensuring accurate planning, progress tracking, resource alignment, and schedule risk identification across one or more projects or programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project
Define work breakdown structures (WBS), task dependencies, milestones,



and critical paths
Track project progress, update schedules, and report variances (schedule, scope, resources)
Collaborate with program managers and engineering to validate plans and assumptions
Analyze schedule risks and impacts; recommend mitigation strategies
Manage resource loading, leveling, and forecasting within schedules
Produce schedule reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership
Support baseline creation, change control, and scenario analysis
Ensure schedules align with organizational standards and governance processes

Work Experience
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a project scheduler using Microsoft Project
Solid understanding of project scheduling principles (CPM, dependencies, baselines, critical path)
Experience supporting complex, cross‑functional projects
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder man
