Job Summary

We are looking for a Travel Process Executive with experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), particularly Amadeus and Galileo, and be capable of handling flight bookings, itinerary management, ticketing, and customer support efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic and international flight reservations, ticketing, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations.

Manage travel bookings using GDS platforms such as Amadeus and Galileo.

Assist customers with travel-related queries and provide end-to-end booking support.





Ensure accurate fare calculations and itinerary creation.

Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for booking modifications and issue resolution.

Maintain high standards of customer service and meet quality and productivity targets.

Follow company policies and travel industry compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a travel process or travel operations role.

Hands-on experience with GDS systems.
