About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Arabic / English to join our client-facing support team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling customers professionally across different communication channels.
You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and requests through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.
- Communicate professionally with customers in both Arabic and English.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when required.
- Maintain a skilled, customer-focused approach during all interactions.
- Follow established customer support processes, guidelines,
and service standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely responses and resolution of customer queries.
- Identify recurring customer issues and communicate feedback to the relevant teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Meet defined service levels, quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, client servicing, BPO, or a similar client-facing role.
- Robust spoken and written Arabic and English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with customers from diverse backgrounds.
