The candidate will be responsible for plant operations, preventive & corrective maintenance, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and team management to ensure maximum plant availability and optimized generation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day solar plant operations & maintenance (O&M;)Monitor plant performance, power generation, inverter performance, and SCADA system data.
