Join our team as Group Finance Controller and play a strategic role in shaping the financial performance of a leading healthcare organization. Role: Group Finance Controller Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Key Responsibilities* Lead financial consolidation, MIS reporting, statutory audits, and liaise with bankers and credit rating agencies.* Ensure compliance with direct and indirect taxation requirements.* Manage liquidity and working capital while ensuring smooth vendor payments for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and general vendors.* Oversee accounting operations, payroll, accounts payable, general ledger reconciliations, and financial controls.* Drive process improvements, ERP transitions, automation, and real-time CFO dashboard reporting.* Partner with COOs, Clinical Directors, Internal Auditors,



and department heads to support strategic decision-making.* Lead the end-to-end revenue cycle, optimize insurance & TPA claims, reduce accounts receivable, and minimize claim denials.* Mentor and develop finance teams across hospital units. What We're Looking For Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: 8+ years in financial management, including at least 3 years in a multispecialty hospital or healthcare environment. Technical Skills: Experience with Hospital Information Systems/Medical Billing Software, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.), and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
