Remoat Teams is recruiting for one client and wants to hear from current and former Heads of Presales, Solutions Engineering, and closely related functions in India, including independent advisors, consultants, portfolio professionals, and retired executives.

Remoat Teams manages the initial sourcing, application, and introduction process. Selected Client Partners work directly with the client, whose identity and engagement terms will be shared during the call.

This is a adaptable independent-contractor engagement with a retainer plus commission. It is not full-time employment and it is not commission-only. Commercial terms will be discussed during the call.

Our client is preparing pilots for an AI-assisted candidate-screening solution designed for high-volume BPO hiring. Positive signals from an initial feasibility assessment support pursuing seven-figure engagements with suitable organizations.



We need a provider-side solutions leader who can open credible conversations with the people responsible for recruitment scale, speed, candidate quality, and hiring operations.

You have likely joined enterprise discovery calls, translated operational problems into solutions, shaped business cases, supported RFPs, and earned the trust of senior customer stakeholders. If your work has involved assessment platforms, HCM or ATS products, RPO, recruitment automation, workforce technology, or other solutions sold to BPOs, you may already know the exact buyers this engagement needs to reach.

Your value is not simply technical knowledge. It is your ability to recognize a real high-volume hiring problem, identify the authorized buyer, and make a warm introduction that begins with useful context.

Identify BPO and IT-BPM organizations in your network with recurring high-volume recruitment needs.
Make warm introductions to CHR
