Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele-Sale / Business Development Executive role based in Current Delhi. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and promote Credent Infotech’s technology solutions and services. The executive will maintain and update the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, schedule client meetings or demos,



and support the sales team in closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solution offerings, preparing basic sales documentation, and coordinating with internal technical teams for proposals. The role also requires meeting defined sales targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing regular reports on activities and outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong tele-calling, cold-calling, and lead generation skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and engage decision-makers professionally.
Business development, relationship-building, and account management capabilities to nurture prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
