- Drive performance and process improvement initiatives across the telesales function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth telesales execution
- Evaluate training needs and ensure ongoing coaching and refreshers
Job Requirements:
- Graduate with 4–6 years of experience, including 2+ years in the Indian financial sector
- Proven record of managing outbound telesales operations
- Experience in handling teams of 200+ members
- Robust leadership, coordination, and motivational capabilities
