Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits as per defined targets.
- Provide timely feedback and ensure TAT adherence.
- Log in and handle calls for direct understanding of customer interactions.
- Participate in calibrations and team briefings to ensure quality consistency.
Job Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in quality analysis or call auditing.
- Robust understanding of QA processes and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in reporting and variance control.
- Initiative-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
