- Monitor KPIs and SLA adherence, ensuring individual targets are met.
- Conduct call audits, team meetings, and prepare performance reports.
- Oversee recruitment, coaching, roster management, and attrition control.
Job Requirements:
- 2–4 years of team leadership experience in outbound collections.
- Strong skills in monitoring performance and engaging teams.
- Proficiency in coaching, report generation, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
