- We are looking for an experienced Testing Track Lead / QA Lead with strong expertise in the BFSI domain to take full ownership of quality assurance across client projects.
- This role involves handling end-to-end testing requirements and resource planning (including replacements) across multiple clients, ensuring consistent quality, delivery timelines, and compliance with BFSI industry standards.
- Manage and lead QA efforts for BFSI projects ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of testing resources across various clients delivery and deployment.
- Lead a team of testers, allocate tasks,



and provide mentoring and training to improve the team's skill set and productivity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of BFSI processes , including banking, insurance, lending, digital payments, and financial services workflows.
- Solid knowledge of QA methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), testing types, and defect lifecycle.
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent will be an added advantage
