Domain - BFSI preferred.
Technical - Infrastructure or Application Management
Flexible - Needs to travel for 2- 3 months based on requirement as and when current projects are getting transitioned.
Role in brief
- Creating and executing detailed transition plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinating with project teams and departments to ensure alignment with transition objectives.
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of transitions, addressing issues as they arise.
- IT service transition managers provide overall planning for service transitions and co-ordinate the required resources.
