Scope
Resource Management Data and Insights Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data to support effective resource management and decision-making. This position requires a detail-oriented analyst with robust analytical skills and a deep understanding of data analytics, capacity modeling, and statistical analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing metrics, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize resource allocation, enhance operational efficiency, and support leadership with data-driven perspectives.
What you will do
Data Analysis And Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to resource management, including workforce utilization, capacity planning, and project performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into key resource management metrics.

Insights Generation
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in resource data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate data findings into strategic initiatives.

Performance Metrics And Statistical Analysis
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of resource management strategies.
- Conduct statistical analysis and performance simulations to model capacity and predict future resource needs.
- Regularly report on performance metrics to senior leadership, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Process Improvement
- Partner with Transformation lead to analyze current resource management processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
