Scope
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Automation and DevOps to lead our strategy, implementation, and management of automation and DevOps practices for our SaaS solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who is passionate about driving operational excellence, scalability, and innovation within cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing DevOps teams, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the automation and DevOps strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Drive initiatives to modernize and optimize the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and development workflows.

Team Management
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of DevOps engineers and automation specialists.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.

Automation And CI/CD Implementation
- Oversee the design, implementation,



and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure deployments.
- Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure provisioning, testing, and deployment processes.

SaaS Infrastructure Management
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of SaaS applications by leveraging contemporary cloud technologies and architectures.
- Optimize costs while maintaining performance through effective cloud resource management.
