Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the HR Shared Services team responsible for the US Hire to Retire process.
- Ensure the accurate and timely execution of HR processes, including onboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, Immigration, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team performance meets or exceeds targets.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development opportunities for team members.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of HR processes.
- Perform transactions or a supported service area in a region, developing solutions to manage the service processes aligned with established practices, policies, and/or laws
- Handle escalations and complex HR issues, providing resolution and support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and process metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on the Hire to Retire process.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within HR Shared Services.
- Strong understanding of US labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days in the office.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software. Preferably (Workday, ServiceNow & ADP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage 5 - 10-member team.
