- Solid business and data analytic capability to establish dashboards (applied PowerBI, Spotfire BI platform expertise), knowledge to extract data from various sources and deep dive analytics for efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Applies data extraction, transformation and loading techniques to connect large data sets from a variety of sources; Creates data collection frameworks for structured and unstructured data; Develops and maintains infrastructure systems (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes) including data access APIs.




- Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems; Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements.
- Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems

Material and Financial Forecasting & Planning
- General understanding of materials (chemicals, specialty gases, etc.) and maintenance parts (consumables, spares, etc.) for all laboratory departments
- Preparing monthly Materials and Maintenance forecasts for individual laboratory departments, and a comprehensive annual bottoms-up financial budget with monthly adjustments to outlook
- Manage material forecast and supply from Operations with Procurement and Supply chain
- Measure forecast accuracy and have continuous improvement plans to reduce error

Cost Program Management
- Project manager for global labs to effectively drive achievement of the global labs cost
