Tech Lead (Full Stack, .Net Core, React)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Lead with a strong background in React.js, GraphQL, C#, and Azure. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge web applications, manage a high-performing team, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable solutions that align with business objectives. As the technical leader, you will set coding standards, review code, and drive architectural decisions while collaborating closely with product owners and cross-functional teams.
- Cloud Management: Monitor and manage cloud resources, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps, and security teams, to align cloud initiatives with organizational goals
- Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement
- Resource Management: Handle the team's resources effectively
- Risk Management: Identify and address technical risks and issues
- Problem Solving




- Work with architects on architecture backlog management, prototypes and technical grooming
- Assign task based on team members' strengths
- Create project plans
- Make accurate project time estimates
- Maintain high-quality code standards
- Stay updated on tech challenges and opportunities
- Assess project feasibility
- Participate in hiring and onboarding activities

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React.js, GraphQL, C#, and Azure
- Write clean, scalable, and reusable code while adhering to best practices and industry standards
- Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-centric applications
- Work with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic using GraphQL and RESTful services
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure the quality and performance of applications
